Craftsmanship in Watch and Clock Repairs

With over 30 years of experience, we restore all kind of watches to antique clocks with great attention to detail. All repairs are carried out in our own workshop by certified watchmakers, with respect for both technique and history.

Our process:

1. Contact – Feel free to get in touch by phone or email. You're also welcome to visit our shop in Antwerp.
2. Inspection & Quote – After scheduling an appointment, we inspect your timepiece and provide a non-binding quote.
3. Repair – Your timepiece is carefully cleaned and restored with warranty.

For repairs under €25.00, no quote is provided. We work based on trust and therefore do not issue a receipt upon drop-off.

Warranty

Replica watches are not repaired.

Terms and conditions:

1. You have a 6-month warranty on your repair. For brand-name repairs, the warranty is 2 years.
2. The case and strap are cleaned as part of the repair. (Polishing = additional charge)
3. For branded watches, polishing is included in the price depending on the brand
4. All our prices include VAT.
5. The quote is free of charge and remains valid for 2 weeks after it is provided
6. If a new quote is requested, a new quotation will be issued.
7. If a watch is not collected within 3 months, an additional charge of €25.00 will be applied
8. If the watch is not collected within 1 year, it will be declared forfeited
9. The customer remains responsible for their watches
10. There is a possibility that a watch repair cannot be performed under warranty, despite a still valid warranty period. In that case, a quotation will be prepared clearly describing the problem, how it will be resolved, and the total cost.
11. Ordered parts and leather straps are not accepted for return.
12. Only complete timepieces are accepted for repair.
13. By agreeing to the quotation, you also agree to our terms and conditions.
14. In the event of an error or misunderstanding regarding a quotation, the quoted amount must still be paid.

Exclusions from the warranty:

1. Defects caused by an accident.
2. Defects caused by misuse.
3. Normal wear and tear of the timepiece.
4. Repairs or manipulations that are not permitted or have been performed by a non-professional.
5. In the absence of a repair date.
6. Crowns/glasses/repairs of bracelets/leather straps are excluded from warranty.
7. Water resistance is a one-time test and is not covered by the warranty period.
