Article 3: Processing Purposes
Customers' personal data are collected for customer identification (KYC) purposes in accordance with Belgian Anti-Money Laundering legislation. This personal data will only be used by Philios. Customers' personal data is kept strictly confidential and will under no circumstances be shared with third parties, either within or outside Europe. Customers' personal data will not be used for direct marketing purposes unless we have received the customer's express prior consent to do so ("opt-in").

Article 4: Processing of Personal Data
The personal data you share will be used to:
- send you our newsletters after you register.
- complete your registration as a Philios Customer.
- improve the management of our website and enable us to provide even better services.
In addition, we will not transfer your personal data to third parties unless you personally give us your consent (for example, within the context of your registration as a customer or registration on the Website). Erasure of Information
Customers are free to request that their personal data be deleted. Philios will delete personal data when authorized to do so in accordance with the legal obligations of anti-money laundering legislation.
Article 6: Right to Object and Complaints
Registered customers may exercise their right to object to the processing of their personal data for serious and legitimate reasons. Article 7: Retention Period
The Anti-Money Laundering legislation obliges Philios to retain all customer information, including personal data, for at least 5 years after the termination of the business relationship with the Customer, such as after the termination of the Customer Agreement.
Article 8: Security and Confidentiality
Philios has developed and adapted security measures, both at the organizational and technical level, regarding the collected personal information to prevent unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, modification, unauthorized access, or accidental disclosure to third parties, as well as any other unauthorized data processing. In any event, Philios cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the unauthorized or unlawful use of your personal data by a third party. Philios makes it a point to inform Customers that internet links, hyperlinks, or references may contain third-party websites. Philios is not responsible for the content and privacy policies of these websites, nor for the products or services they offer. Philios encourages Customers to carefully read the privacy policies of each website they visit, as these may differ from this Privacy Policy.
Article 9: Amendments
If Philios needs to use processes not provided for in this Privacy Policy, we will contact customers by email before using the personal data to inform them of the new process and offer them the opportunity to refuse. Philios reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time, and these amendments will automatically apply to all customers from that point on. Therefore, we advise you to regularly review this Privacy Policy to ensure you have the most recent version.
Article 10: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with Belgian law, which applies exclusively to any dispute. The courts of Antwerp have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or implementation of this Privacy Policy.
